Our German division, Mews Deutschland is a fast-growing part of our company with over 6 years of existence and several industrial clients with whom we work closely in various engineering projects.

Mews Deutschland is currently present in Hamburg and Munich, but other locations can be envisaged in our future development.

 

This role represents an excellent career opportunity for a consultant who has already gathered a sound experience in the field of Engineering, especially in PLM, Agile, and/or MES, who is interested in working with industry leaders in an international team in Munich or Hamburg.

You will be working closely with a highly qualified team in charge to advise our client’s managers and directors in strategy, concepts & methods, proof of concept and change management in the following areas:

• Product development: Innovation, Systems Engineering and Systems Design, Modularity, Design to Cost/Value Based Engineering
• Digital and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• Engineering Performance, Lean Product Development, Agile Methods
• Design for Manufacturing, Production planning, Supply Chain

Our customers include companies from technology intensive sectors such as aerospace & defense, automotive, mechanical engineering & electronics, energy & utilities, pharmaceuticals & medical technology.

In a nutshell, we act as a link point between top management and operational business in areas such as operational strategy and operational performance. Our activities include, among others:

• Creating concepts, target processes and deployment plans
• Process and data assessment and analysis
• Planning and execution of interviews and workshops
• On-site support and advice for our customers in achieving long-term results and transformations.
• Creating and giving trainings to our clients, for example in Agile methodologies
• Developing Mews Partners consulting offers, methods and tools

You come from a top ten Engineering School, Business School, or University with the equivalent of a Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration and Management.

You are new to management consulting or have up to 5 years of experience in either management consulting for major industrial accounts or in the industry in operational positions.

You have excellent deductive and analytical skills. Team spirit, enthusiasm and open-mindedness are mandatory qualities to succeed in this position. You are fluent in English and French or German.

As part of the development of its teams, Mews Partners is looking for a Manager to Senior Manager for its Paris, Toulouse, Munich or Hamburg offices.

Within the team of partners and managers of the firm, you will be responsible for the sales and production of consulting assignments.

You will advise our clients’ general or business divisions (Research & Development, Operations, Services, etc.) on performance improvement issues. You will support them in particular for:

• Stimulating innovation for growth
• Develop the agility of the organization
• Reduce costs in an extended enterprise context
• Master the complexity of products and organizations.

Mews Partners is looking to expand its teams by recruiting a Junior to Senior Consultant for its offices in Paris, Toulouse, Munich or Hamburg.
As a consultant at Mews Partners, you will work directly with the partners to advise the general or business divisions (Research & Development, Operations, Services, etc.).

Your role will be to:

• Support our managers in the management and piloting of the various projects
• Define customer needs in the implementation of new tools, methodologies and processes
• Facilitate the various workshops
• Conduct interviews with operational staff and prepare the summary of results
• Analyze and understand complex data (e.g. process mapping)
• Prepare and implement different working methodologies
• Participate in internal subjects and be proactive
• Assist in the integration and training of new consultants.

In the Mews Partners team in Paris, Toulouse, Munich or Hamburg offices, we are offering: Management – Internship Consultant.

You will join a team of consultants specialized in management consulting and intervene directly alongside the  Partner in charge of the team in order to offer advice to the General Management or Business Units (Research & Development, Operations, Services…) of our clients on issues of operational performance.

Your assignment can include:

• Boosting innovation and product/service development for company growth
• Developing the organization’s agility
• Reducing costs all along the supply chain
• Mastering complexity in a global environment.

You are in your final year of a top tier Engineering School, Business School or University with the equivalent of a Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration and Management and you would like to turn to a career in innovation management consulting.

You have excellent deductive and analytical skills. Team spirit, enthusiasm and open-mindedness are necessary qualities to succeed in this position. You are fluent in English and French or German.

At the end of the internship, a full-time position may be obtained.

Gap-year internships are also possible.
