Mews Partners has completed its first external growth operation by acquiring the company Eurobios.
Eurobios is a recognized expert in modelling and data science in France. The company was founded in 1999 by Hervé Zwirn, a graduate from Ecole Polytechnique and former director of research at the CNRS, who was joined in 2003 by Jean Michel Ghidaglia, also a graduate from Ecole Polytechnique and founder of the Mathematics and Applications Laboratory (CMLA) at the ENS Paris-Saclay. Historically based at ENS Cachan, the Eurobios team of researchers and engineers operates in a first-class scientific environment and works in collaboration with R&D centers and university research laboratories in France and abroad. Thanks to this university base, Eurobios now has a network of 70 researchers in France who can be called upon for specialized expertise in the areas addressed by its clients.
The high academic level in mathematics and physics of the Eurobios teams allows them to understand, design and implement customized solutions to help solve complex problems encountered in business; the topics covered by Eurobios range from advanced data science and predictive analysis to optimization under constraints and physical modelling / simulation of complex systems.
Thanks to Eurobios’ competences, Mews Partners will be able to bring a wider added value to its customers, helping them solve complex problems and implement effective and innovative operational solutions that meet customers’ specific needs.
A new project of Mews Partners is born from this acquisition: Eurobios Mews Labs.

Mews Partners & Eurobios cross interview
What makes Eurobios special?
“Eurobios has a unique positioning, at the interface between the world of research and the world of business. We use tools and methods developed by the study of complex systems to address the problems of large companies: multi-criteria optimization, scheduling and planning optimization, network optimization, customer behavior modelling, populations segmentation and targeting, modelling of infrastructure wear and predictive maintenance, Data Science…
The high academic level in mathematics and physics of our teams allows us to understand, design and implement customized solutions to help solve complex problems encountered in business.
In addition, Eurobios has a set of techniques, platforms and software bricks that allow us to quickly realize specific robust solutions. The company’s know-how in software engineering enables the realization of solid, specific and ergonomic solutions.”
Hervé Zwirn, CEO and founder – Eurobios

Eurobios Mews Labs: what offer for our customers?
“This acquisition allows us to broaden our offer for our customers in industry and distribution sectors, to extend our capabilities on modelling and simulation of complex systems, as well as to complete our expertise in Data Science to solve business problems.
Our two companies have common points and complementarities that make us stronger by joining our forces. We indeed share the same customers in the aerospace / defence, automotive, energy and services, network-infrastructure, distribution and transport sectors. We also address common issues with our customers in the areas of complex product development, flow analysis, planning, product R&D, and customer journey/segmentation. And as our offers are complementary, we will ensure a continuum from the study phases to the production phases of complex systems. The business knowledge of Mews Partners’ consultants and the technical and scientific expertise of Eurobios teams will allow us to offer a coordinated approach to our clients.”
Xavier Brucker, Partner in charge of Digital and Data – Mews Partners
What is the vision for Mews Partners?
“We are delighted to welcome Eurobios to the Mews Partners family. Our two companies share the same values: entrepreneurship, benevolence, technical expertise and a result-driven approach for our clients.
The objective of our merger is twofold: on the one hand, to accelerate Eurobios’ development dynamics by accessing Mews’ large panel of customers and, on the other hand, to offer our customers a wider range of services to implement efficient and innovative operational solutions that specifically meet their needs.
Hervé Zwirn, CEO and founder of Eurobios, and his associate Jean Michel Ghidaglia are working alongside the partners and all the teams at Mews Partners to make this joint project a success.”
