Denis has 30 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management, including about ten years at Dassault Systèmes and then at PEA Consulting, the Areva Group’s consulting division, where he was Director of the PLM consulting and integration business line (PEA and Euriware). He is currently a partner at Mews Partners. He is the author of the books PLM Collaborative Product Lifecycle Management, PLM through Experience and Vice President of the PLM Lab. He has led numerous PLM projects in the aerospace, defense, high tech, custom, shipbuilding, automotive, energy sectors.

Patrick Cordes

Patrick has a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering & Information Technology with a specialization in Mechatronics from Technical University Darmstadt.

He has more then 10 years experience in consulting, first at BearingPoint, then since 2015 with Mews Partners. Patrick supports our clients in their Digitalization & PLM-journey with focus on the topics (model based) Systems engineering, R&D and Process efficiency. He combines knowledge from various industry sectors such as Automotive, high-tech Electronics, Space down to Utilities with his broad skills in the areas  Agile, Lean, Solution Architecture, Business- & Project management as well as Cultural Change Management.

Patrick is leading our Space offer for Germany and working out of Darmstadt for our Munich Office.

Jean-Baptiste Didiot


Jean-Baptiste has an engineer degree from Supaero and the DESIA (2002). He started his career as a new technology software developer. He joined Mews Partners in 2005 and leads missions in the aeronautics, space, defense and automotive industries on issues of product data management, industrialization, support and services and deployment applied to complex products for large PLM projects. He is in charge of the Mews Partners PLM offer and PLM repository. He is also developing innovative and disruptive PLM visions, such as the PLM 4.0, the augmented engineering or the Live Product Process Plant.

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) aims to organize and optimize product data flows throughout the product life cycle. PLM requires the consistency of processes, organizations and data models to support the performance of studies, developments, purchasing, production, operations, customer service, maintenance and evolutions until the end of product life in the most efficient way.

How to strengthen the fundamentals of PLM design methods?

First, it is about building a solid foundation and ensuring, through PLM, the fundamental good practices of product development: consolidating, securing and sharing the data created in the various disciplines involved in development, while managing their growing maturity.
