The healthcare sector has entered a new era. It is no longer just a question of developing medicines, antibiotics or medical devices, but of putting patients back at the heart of the care pathway by supporting them in each stage of their illness. In this context we support healthcare professionals in their organizational and business transformation.
Monitor medical treatment changes in real time, develop patient communities, adapt cost structures by pathology, collect and organize data throughout the product life cycle (from R&D to drugs consumption, compliance with new regulations …) are at the heart of the support we provide.

Facing challenges of competitiveness, healthcare manufacturers must step up their efforts to renew their product portfolio and develop new services for patients. The digital transformation of their R&D is one of the major levers for addressing these challenges. Our Digital and Data Management expertise enables us to support R&D stakeholders in reducing their development cycle time, through projects to control product/process complexity, data traceability, digital continuity within R&D, at the interface with industrial affairs or at the interface with the ecosystem of partners.
Healthcare manufacturers are facing a permanent evolution of regulations (IDU, IDMP, FMD, serialization,…), which, in a context of global markets, constantly impacts their Supply Chain processes. Our Supply Chain experts team supports them in defining and implementing their transformation, focusing on the main strategic and tactical Supply Chain processes (S&OP, inventory management, production planning, batch allocation strategy by market) and the necessary organization that supports them.
