Mikaël Pichavant

Mikaël began his career in 1998 at Pea Consulting. After 3 years’ experience in Chain Design, he specialized in Supply Chain and leads both performance improvement missions, in warehouses or factories, and strategic missions to define master plans. He is specialized in retail and e-commerce since the early 2000s and also manages digital transformation offers. Mikaël co-founded the Operations practice in 2010.

Retailers face multiple challenges: e-commerce development, customer experience enrichment and omnichannelling, new areas of sourcing opportunity, the need for more storage surfaces… In addition, the time cycle is increasingly short and it will become risky to engage in too long projects.

Older models must evolve in an agile way to accompany these paradigm shifts. Tomorrow’s leaders will have : moved quickly, invested more and put the customer at the center of their transformation.

The Omnichannel Supply Chain: lever of turnover development

Supply Chain is a key lever of growth and market share development. Supply Chain enables to deliver customers an omnichannel, robust, agile and reliable promise. We support our customers in their Supply Chain Scheme design as well as in its implementation in processes, organization and IS tools.

Global Sourcing: benefiting from the best product-service offer

Sourcing opportunities for retailers appear and emerge mainly in remote areas. Our challenge is to allow our clients to take advantage of these opportunities by setting the best Supply Chain patterns: local stocks, continental stocks, X-docking, sharing sales forecasts with suppliers, etc. by using comprehensive and didactic costing tools.
