After a phase of framing and selecting a PLM solution, the project was carried out according to an Agile approach, taking into account the specificities of the subjects covered and the company’s culture. More than twenty business themes were identified (material development, collection structure, etc.) and made it possible to organize the project progress. At the same time, greater attention was paid to change management throughout the project, in order to ensure the mobilization and better support of the business lines. The project management was particularly thorough in order to maintain the involvement of the business lines over the long term: developed project space, visual management, unifying events…
