Our responsibility

Making industry stronger — and more responsible

Our purpose is to cultivate expertise, performance, and commitment to design and deliver the transformations that will lead to a stronger and more responsible European industry. That purpose shapes how we serve our clients — and how we run our firm.

THROUGH OUR WORK

Our greatest impact starts with our core business.

When we help a client reduce raw material waste, when we design a circular economy model for a construction group, when we support an energy company through its decarbonation roadmap — that is where our responsibility weighs the most.

We formalised our sustainability offer, bringing together capabilities in eco-design, circular economy, decarbonation, and environmental data management. Our work on Cyneo — a circular economy business model built from the ground up for a major construction group — was awarded the Syntec Conseil Gold Prize.

But we don't believe sustainability should be a separate practice. Every consultant should carry this lens. That is why we created the Sustainability School — integrated into every new joiner's onboarding and open to all consultants across the firm.

CSR

Within our firm

How we work matters as much as what we deliver.

Our people

A consulting firm is only as strong as the people who choose to stay. We consistently rank in the top 3 of the HappyIndex®AtWork survey for companies of our size, with an average tenure well above industry standards. Built on a culture of teamwork, hybrid flexibility, and collective performance.

Diversity and inclusion

Over half of our recent recruits are women. We run the Women Community in France and Germany to support career development. We signed the Diversity Charter and joined the #StOpE initiative against workplace sexism. We participate in Duo Day to support disability inclusion. These are not targets — they are commitments we track and report on.

Our environmental footprint

We measure our carbon footprint annually and work to reduce it across mobility, IT, and purchasing. We joined the CEC Industries — the Convention des Entreprises pour le Climat — to accelerate our decarbonation alongside other industrial actors.

Ethics and responsible purchasing

We maintain a reinforced anti-corruption policy with a dedicated whistleblower system. Our Responsible Purchasing Charter covers a majority of our total spend, prioritising local suppliers, ESAT partnerships, and green energy providers.

Labels & governance

Our CSR strategy is governed at the highest level. The CSR Committee — chaired by our President alongside Managing Partners, the Senior Partner for Sustainability, and our HR & CSR Director — sets strategic direction. A dedicated working group drives execution quarterly.

Beyond our walls

We invest in the communities that shape our ecosystem.

  • We partner with Elles Bougent to inspire young women to pursue engineering careers.

  • We support Club House, which helps people with mental health conditions reintegrate through work.

  • We partner with Petite Mu to raise awareness among our employees about disability in all its forms.

  • In 2022 and 2025, our consultants took part in Ma Petite Planète, a collective initiative aimed at reducing environmental impact. As part of this commitment, we donated IT equipment to social reuse programmes and provided pro bono consulting engagements.

  • We are members of the United Nations Global Compact, committing to its ten principles on human rights, labour, environment, and anti-corruption.
