Our client – with over 200 CMO sites worldwide – had no Scope 3 roadmap and procurement decisions were disconnected from group CO2 targets. Mews Partners structured and led the full supplier engagement program: segmenting the CMO base by CO2 maturity, co-constructing emissions reduction plans with pilot suppliers, deploying a cross-functional decarbonation roadmap and implementing CO2 data governance.
